MBAroles was founded in 2018 by two MBA graduates who experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating the job market after business school. Despite having degrees from top programs, they found the recruitment process fragmented, opaque, and often frustrating.
They envisioned a platform that would level the playing field—one that would give every MBA graduate access to the same quality of opportunities, regardless of their school's brand recognition or alumni network strength. At the same time, they wanted to help employers look beyond traditional recruiting channels to find diverse, exceptional talent.
